Came in to look at an Acura which was on our very short list. We really liked it and although was not totally researched on the car were more than ready to work out a deal. While the sales person was generally pleasant, he became passive aggressive and stopped trying to work on the deal when the dealer fluff was challenged as well as well as some his other not unexpected lies. He refused to take my offers to the sales manager after some of his fabrications were challenged and asked me to leave with a fake smile on his face. Afterwards I actually uncovered some other blatant fabrications proffered by the by the sales person. The deal was closed with a competitor for less than what I asked this sales person for a few days later to me underlining that my price was about appropriate. This was by far not the worst experience I have had at a dealer, but when a salesperson lies directly even if it is with a smile on their face I can not give them much credit. I have learnt over the years that good sales people don't have to lie, and certainly are not offended when dealer add ons are challenged, because they know enough not to laie about them in the first place. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! I dealt with Scott Doyle who treated me like family! He was very honest and did not try to upsell anything. The advertised internet price was honored without any hidden fees that usually add thousands on top of the internet price like a lot of car dealers do these days. Scott took a lot of time showing me all the features, going over any concerns I had, and what the Acura warranty covered. This is the first car buying experience that I left feeling happy and not taken advantage of! I love my new car and will be bringing it here for all of its servicing. When the time comes for me to buy another car it will be from this dealership, and I will be recommending everyone that I know to buy from here! I also want to note how professional and on the ball this dealership is. I had all of my permanent documents = plates, registration, and title within a couple weeks of purchasing the car. The receptionist Audrey is also very friendly and helpful! More
The dealership has been amazing! I have brought my 2021 Acura RDX back for service 6 times for the same issue which is still not resolved. The car had spent a majority of November-Ja I have brought my 2021 Acura RDX back for service 6 times for the same issue which is still not resolved. The car had spent a majority of November-January with the dealership and parts have been replace but the issue is not fixed. I started the buy back process back in January and there is still no resolution. The dealership has done all that they could and I appreciate their effort. I am disappointment and frustrated with Acura client services and how this has taken over 2 months and there is STILL no resolution! They claim that claims are processed in the order in which they are received, which really makes you question the quality of a product that has over 2 months worth of claims to review. I have called client services numerous times and it is not until I say " I want to escalate my case" does my assigned case worker return my call the next day. Its unfortunate, I wanted this car and this was my present to myself after completing my Master's in Nursing degree but the car has been nothing but a headache and a nightmare. After replacing the hardware, numerous attempts at troubleshooting by myself and reseting the computer, the dealership attempts and the engineers in California, I still cannot answer calls using the handsfree link feature. More
I felt that they couldn't get me out of there quick enough. They were upset I didn't bring my trade in. Told me my trade in was worthless. The Sales Manager Mr. Peter Espana was really helpful. Its nice to see that the "art of making car deal possible", "working with customer" are still alive in this market. The pricing was really fair. We bought a 2023 Integra and leased a 2022 RDX A Spec on the same day. It was only possible as Mr. Peter Espana worked hard to get me to those numbers I was looking for. They are fairly knowledgeable about the new features and improvements and articulate the differences very well. If you are in market for new Acura or pre-owned car (any brand), you gotta visit Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura and dont hesitate to look for Mr. Peter Espana More
