I have brought my 2021 Acura RDX back for service 6 times for the same issue which is still not resolved. The car had spent a majority of November-January with the dealership and parts have been replace but the issue is not fixed. I started the buy back process back in January and there is still no resolution. The dealership has done all that they could and I appreciate their effort. I am disappointment and frustrated with Acura client services and how this has taken over 2 months and there is STILL no resolution! They claim that claims are processed in the order in which they are received, which really makes you question the quality of a product that has over 2 months worth of claims to review. I have called client services numerous times and it is not until I say " I want to escalate my case" does my assigned case worker return my call the next day. Its unfortunate, I wanted this car and this was my present to myself after completing my Master's in Nursing degree but the car has been nothing but a headache and a nightmare.
After replacing the hardware, numerous attempts at troubleshooting by myself and reseting the computer, the dealership attempts and the engineers in California, I still cannot answer calls using the handsfree link feature.
