Overall, the buying experience at Bridgewater Acura was one of the best I've encountered in many years. I called Tina Stanislawczyk inquiring about a car I had noticed on the dealership's web site and she one of the best I've encountered in many years. I called Tina Stanislawczyk inquiring about a car I had noticed on the dealership's web site and she graciously offered to have it ready for me to test drive when I arrived. About ten minutes after calling I arrived at the dealership and Tina introduced me to Dave Pietrowicz. Dave was extremely personable and very knowledgeable about the car and within a few minutes we were on the road. After test driving the car, I decided that I was interested in making a purchase but based on the selling price of the car I didn't expect Dave to come back with a reasonable monthly payment. I was expecting the typical back and forth negotiation that most of us dread when buying a car but was pleasantly surprised when the finance manager, Bryan Hansen worked some magic and offered me a payment that was within my budget. I was also offered a reasonable amount for my trade which made the decision to buy the car an easy one. It was that simple! I highly recommend this dealership, especially Dave and Bryan who worked really hard to earn my business. I never felt pressured throughout the entire process. I was visiting from Canada and my MDX started having a grinding noise. Called the service and they gave me same day appointment. I was stressed as I had to go back the next day. I sent a request for additional information on a vehicle on line. From the beginning I experienced exceptional customer service. I made an appointment to see the vehicle. On the phone I asked a number of questions to Makeda and she answered them all with great knowledge of the vehicle. As this dealership was approximately 75 minutes from home, I wanted to make sure the vehicle was worth the trip. When we arrived, we were treated like we were buying the most expensive car on the lot. First off, the dealership itself is beautiful with a great lounge area. Makeda greeted us immediately and let a view the vehicle on our own first. Then she escorted us the salesperson Mike Surillo. The great experience continued. No pressure here, just valuable and knowledgable information. Mike even closed the deal himself as not to keep us waiting too long. Mike saw to every detail, even installing our ezpass on the car. Now, we have purchased a few vehicles in our time, but the delivery of the vehicle was nothing less than outstanding. The prep on our vehicle was great. They even fill the tank with fuel. Remember, this was a used vehicle we purchased. My next vehicle will come from this dealership without reservation. More
