I would like to take this opportunity to first apologize for the negative experience you had here at the dealership. This is not how we hope encounters with potential clients happen, and it is certainly not the norm. I dug into this situation a bit further and my internet sales manager informed me of this circumstance. She told me that you met with a salesman who had just started working with the dealership, so I would like to apologize if there was some miscommunication between the two of you. However, I was also told that you were asked a series of "qualifying questions" that you refused to answer. The fact that you are 22 has nothing to do with whether or not you would have been allowed to test drive the car. Here at Bridgewater Acura we ask every customer a series of qualifying questions to help us determine where they are along the purchasing process. Once this has been completed and you "qualified" you would have been allowed to test drive the car. Instead, I was informed that you left the dealership. Again I am sorry for the miscommunication, but we certainly wanted you to leave the dealership happy with your STI.
