We would like to take this opportunity to voice our side of this entire experience. From the moment that you entered our dealership you treated us with nothing but disrespect and hostility. We feel that we made every attempt to try and satisfy your needs, but because of your predetermined notion to come in with the mindset that you had, all of our efforts were futile from the beginning. It is unfortunate when a dealership with the reputation that ours has upheld for years is attempted to be tarnished by a customer who was unwilling to allow us to help them throughout the buying process. It is a VERY rare instance in this day and age that a car dealership would refuse to sell a potential customer a car and inherit your business, so this must give you some idea of the kind of experience we had with you. Once everything came to a conclusion you left the dealership cursing and offending a number of our staff and employees. We hope that anyone who reads this can gain a perspective on how the interaction between our dealership and this particular customer played out, and can understand this is not the norm.
