I trusted him because he did not play a game and that was the most important part to me. Therefore,I trusted his advice and his deal and is what made us come back to the dealership. I have been looking for a great used Accua TSX or TL and I found one on there website. I called and spoke with a guy named Jeff. I let him know that I was from Rhode Island and that I was very interested I found one on there website. I called and spoke with a guy named Jeff. I let him know that I was from Rhode Island and that I was very interested in one of his cars. He gave me such a good deal that I traveled from RI to NJ to make the deal. The guy that I went to for the financing was also great. All the staff that I had to deal with were all fantastic. I will go definitely go back when I'm ready to trade it in for a new one!! My last Acura was a 2006 RSX Type S that was purchased from Ocean Acura. Since I was a previous customer I was expecting better service and even better pricing. To my dismay I was offered the same typical from Ocean Acura. Since I was a previous customer I was expecting better service and even better pricing. To my dismay I was offered the same typical sales pitch, but even worse than usual. After test driving their TL Type S's I found them in horrible shape and promptly left. So that was the worst experience trying to buy a pre-owned car. Now I want to tell you about the best thus far. Although i found some bad reviews about Bridgewater Acura in regards to their customer service, I decided to give them a shot since they had a few vehicles I was interested in. Upon arrival, and after a brief self walk through, I was greeted by a professionally dressed salesman by the name of "Sasha". I told him that I was well educated on the vehicles themselves and only wished to test drive and would talk further only if the car met my standards. Unlike other sales people, he did not pressure me. In fact since he had an appointment walk in, he referred me to Ryan VanHara. Ryan also had the no pressure approach and let me test drive as many vehicles as I wanted without any sales pitches. After a short time I found the perfect 07' TL Type S in excellent condition. We negotiated a fair price and also received a high value for my trade-in so I signed the deal and drove away the same night. I did happen to find a few minor issues with the car but they were promptly fixed by the service department. I was also given a new TL loaner which was a pleasure to drive. In summary, Sasha and Ryan deserve recognition for delivering excellent customer service without being overbearing. They understand that while some potential buyers need a little "sales push", some people like me already know what they want and they treated me well. I will be recommending Bridgewater Acura to anyone that is looking for a new or preowned Acura in the future! More

It seems everyone I asked had purchased their cars from this dealership. My husband is a tough nut to crack...BUT he enjoyed working with everyone at this dealership. We got a very good price for a 2008 pearl white MDX. Rick was very helpful. We even met the "Mr. Vince" and he was charming and we felt comfortable.
