Bait and switch. Spoke to a sales person, he told me that the car would be ready for me to test drive. When I got there, a few hours later, they told me the car was sold. They tried to up sell me on a car th the car would be ready for me to test drive. When I got there, a few hours later, they told me the car was sold. They tried to up sell me on a car that was $4k more. When I said no, they tried to sell me a car that had major damage. They also quoted me a $ for my trade in, when I got there, the offer was for about 1/2 the written quote. Sadly disappointed and a waste of my time. More

This is our 3rd MDX now - but my first time at Bridgewater Acura. I have to say this experience is much better than the previous ones we had elsewhere.
