My wife and are were on our way up with our old 2006 MDX to use as trade for our new MDX but as luck would have it the 2006 MDX broke down on the way. We had it towed to Bridgwater and the Team was very accommodating. Dominic was right their to greet us and took care of everything. No shell games - the deal that was advertised and we discussed on the phone was the deal we got. My wife is now in her new car and could not be happier. I knew I needed an upgrade as my old truck was 15 years old , was used for farm work and it took a prayer and duck tape to get it to a dealership. I felt vulnerable as I was an easy target as a middle aged woman that may have appeared to be a character out of the ‘Beverly Hillbillies’. Well I was pleasantly surprised!! The salesman Kaz was eloquent in his approach, sensitive and understanding of the situation. A true gentleman that was completely open and honest about a replacement that would serve the farm, not break the bank, and fair with price, detail and attentiveness. As for my ole rusted out trade in. I was very happy with their valuation. The duck tape has been put in storage, and I have an affordable peace of mind. Thank you Kaz, you made it worth the while. Because all of the paperwork was in her name and she does not live close by, Paul coordinated everything with her by either text, email or regular mail. He made the whole process seamless and when we arrived at the dealership tonight, the car had been completely detailed and filled with a full tank of fuel!
