Immediately, I was able to get in touch on the phone with Steve who was very informative about the vehicle, purchasing process, and dealership information. After consulting with Steve, I decided to take a drive to Bridgewater to look at the car and setup an appointment. When I arrived, the car was detailed and ready for a test drive. It was not an Acura, yet Steve was knowledgeable about the vehicle, friendly, and I did not feel any pressure at all. We agreed on a price that I think was very fair In addition, my own car that was driven to Bridgewater had tires that needed air. They had the tire pressure checked and air filled - which Bridgewater did not have to do, it was a favor, and highly appreciated! They do value their customers. This was my first vehicle purchase and I feel comfortable at Bridgewater Acura - they have some awesome cars and if you see something you like, don't hesitate to stop by! More

Pleasant Surprise! I was in the market for a replacement for my 98 Camaro convertible. Had it 7 years and honestly, as good as it looked, it was uncomfortable to drive l I was in the market for a replacement for my 98 Camaro convertible. Had it 7 years and honestly, as good as it looked, it was uncomfortable to drive long distances as we got "older". I started searching the internet for a next generation Camaro and found one at this dealership. Stopped in last week and Murad took me up into a "parking garage" structure out back, walked up two flights of steps to a floor of Camaros, Mustangs, and other great toys. You would never know they had these vehicles as there are none on the outside lot. Found a 2011 SS red convertible with my favorite tan top and interior with 29K on the clock. Went back yesterday after they cleaned it up for a test drive, and was planning on selling my 98 privately, but Kaz, our salesman because Murad was off, tempted me to bring mine back, We got there at 3pm and by 5pm were on the road in the new car! I'm not a car expert, I don't k Bought my first car, this was the WORST experience I have ever had in my life. KEEP IN MIND I NEVER WRITE BAD REVIEWS. I'm not a car expert, I don't know much about the mechanics of a car. The rear rotors were completely shot, looked at and identified by THREE separate mechanics. When I approached the dealer and asked them why they said they would change the rotors for me. I drove 2 HOURS, for them to tell me they were going to change my rotors, WAITED ANOTHER 3 and came back to CUT rotors because they didnt feel it was necessary. This is a 2018 car with rotors that looked like they belonged on a 2010 (wear and tear). 1 month later i still dont have my plates and i get a lovely call that I have to pay MORE MONEY for a mistake THEY MADE. Great. While on the phone I'm obviously frustrated with the unprofessional behavior and attitude and Domenic, sales man, told me "I have never dealt with a customer like you before" in an obviously disgusted voice. Excuse me?? I'm frustrated because of the inconvenience caused to me by YOUR company and you have the audacity to say that to me? I am disgusted and will never recommend ANYONE to this dealer. Most honest and straight-shooting Acura dealer in NJ I bought a CPO Acura from Bridgewater Acura in 2014 because they had the right car with the right options at an aggressive price. In 2019, I continue I bought a CPO Acura from Bridgewater Acura in 2014 because they had the right car with the right options at an aggressive price. In 2019, I continue to drive from an hour away to service my vehicle at its "home" dealership. The integrity, fairness, refreshment spread, and loaner car program of the service department absolutely make it worth passing several other Acura dealerships to get to this one. I especially like that the loaner cars are NOT tattooed with "COURTESY CAR OF WHEREVER"; they're just regular, blend-in, NJ-plated, late model Acuras. I recently thought that I broke my windshield wiper arm, because only one wiper would actuate and the windshield wouldn't clear. I was fully prepared to shell out hundreds for what was likely an expensive replacement part. My service adviser called and said that a nut holding the wiper arm had simply come loose, wipers are good-to-go; no charge beyond the oil change. They had my car, they could have said it was broken, charged me for that part, and I'd have been none the wiser. But they didn't. My jaw almost hit the floor; and never have I been happier to pick up my car from a service appointment. After being put through the grinder by other service departments from other makes, I was amazed by this experience, and the honest routine overall at this particular service department. I'm definitely a customer for life, and would consider Acura over another make, including more luxurious makes, knowing that my service experience would be consistently pleasurable. I'm even considering going back for wear items like brakes and tires because the pricing is competitive enough, and it would further reduce the friction in my life if I didn't go to a separate tire shop. More
