He was patient and knowledgeable and worked with me to get a fantastic deal. The sales manager, John, and the finance manager, Eddie, were also very friendly and accommodating. Do not buy a car here I came to this dealership and left because the car was too expensive then they call me on the last day of the year saying they want to "help me out" a I came to this dealership and left because the car was too expensive then they call me on the last day of the year saying they want to "help me out" and they "felt bad." They were just trying to meet their quota which I'm sure my salesman, AJ, did not because he is terrible. I tried to correspond with him multiple times over email and he just doesn't reply. I asked him for help with figuring out the fees to register my car and he said he didn't know. He told me if I gave him my new license by Monday (which was a holiday and he didn't even know that) that I would get my plates in time. I sent him the license Tuesday morning at 9 am and he did not give it to the DMV until Thursday and now I have expired plates. I called him to ask when they're coming and he said "soon." I had to ask multiple times for him to give me a date and call a manager for him to give me a call back. The only information he has given me is let's wait and see. Terrible service after buying a car. Do not go here, please. More

Then we found this Acura dealership in Edgewater NJ. The best... Greeted us a soon as we walked through the door. Offered us coffee and make us feel welcomed. Paul our salesman was freaking awesome, hands down. No pressure, just trying to help us get the car and best deal he could. Obie handled are financing and explained everything to us step by step. He wanted to make sure we understood what we were getting and what we were signing. The whole experience was great. I would do business there again in a heartbeat. More
