After the test drive and some of the paper work we talked about the deposit. Towards the end he backed out from what he said earlier. He said no on the deposit even tho I said I was only here to see the car and but a hold on it to pick it up this week. He insisted on me taking it now and I felt like I was cornered. I even considered walking out the dealership cause the sudden change of the vibe I received from him. Luckily the manager Mike who was very nice stepped in eased the tension and explained the situation a lot better. Which I completely understand when it comes to a business. Kaz didn't say anything afterwards or even a farewell. I did end up coming back the next day to pick up the car because I left on good terms afterwards the night before. The finance guy Eddie is a great guy he made it simply,easy, and very helpful. There were no problems afterwards and I was very happy. More

So I went back and did a test drive and 2 hours later I found and purchased my next car. Dominick was terrific to deal with, no pressure, just facts. We went through the whole purchase without issue and drove the car home that afternoon. Ed helped us with the financial paperwork, presenting all options and didn't question or pressure us on our choices. Everyone was very supportive and it couldn't have gone any smother.
