Leased a Toyota six weeks ago, but brought car to Bridgewater Acura to discuss possible scenario of extricating myself from lease and leasing an Acura, which was car I'd originally considered leasing (from them). Dealt with Charlie Ovares, a salesman, who was as classy and real as can be. Very very impressive guy, totally genuine, his integrity was instantly obvious. Was clear immediately there would be no "bs." Then Sales Manager John Neals talked with me, same deal--classy, real, honest, crunched numbers with me and, as has been my previous experience with this dealership, he had my best interests in mine. That's as high praise as you can give a dealership, and so I give it--Charlie Ovares, seek him out for a great sales experience. John Neals--ask for him when you want to deal with a no-nonsense sales manager, a seriously good guy who's all real, no fake. This dealership has earned its great rep, and I will be doing business with them in the future. More

9 years of great service experience I am so surprised to see some of these negative reviews. We have 2 Acura's and have used this dealership exclusively for our service for 9 years. I w I am so surprised to see some of these negative reviews. We have 2 Acura's and have used this dealership exclusively for our service for 9 years. I wouldn't willingly go anywhere else. I couldn't say how many times I've walked in expecting a significant bill and walked out having spent less than $40. They have never been less than totally honest. Knowing them, and seeing these reviews, makes me wonder what is going on at Dealerrater. More

Sam was my primary salesman and he was extremely pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions carefully, and there was no pressure. He handled the whole transaction very efficiently. Quick and efficient experience Kaz was a pleasure to work with no high pressure sales just asked what I was looking for and made it happen. Within about an hour i was able to test d Kaz was a pleasure to work with no high pressure sales just asked what I was looking for and made it happen. Within about an hour i was able to test drive the auto i was looking for and then Kaz took care of returning the auto, set up insurance coverage and after leaving a small deposit on my credit card was able to dive the car home. Would recommend Kaz as the person to see if you visit this dealership. More

Let him know when I would be there to look at the car, and he had it pulled up out front, ready to go for a test drive when I arrived (was driving car within 5 minutes of arrival). We got back to the dealership, did the deal, no b.s. or pressure, and I drove away completely satisfied with a beautiful Lexus an hour and a half later. I also thought the finance mgr was really nice and easy to deal with. Would buy here again. More

Painless experience Dominick Cirianni was my salesperson. I had been looking for a specific car (Honda Accord) with a manual transmission. I met Dominick coming out of the door at 9:00 am on a Sat. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the 2 cars on the lot with a manual transmission. We went inside looked up the info on the car, and we went for a ride. He answered all my questions about the new gadgets since my car will be 20 yrs old this January. The price was good, He drove the car to my house so I didn't have to come back. All was good. More
