a good deal gone bad I came in to look at a used car they have on a Wednesday. I dealt with Tina on Cargurs.com. She is extremely nice and informative. When I got there I spoke to Murad about the car I wanted. He is well-spoken, funny, and down to earth. I gave my complaints about the vehicle (The rim needs to be buffed out, tire replaced, $150 off due to these problems). Murad and Joseph (his manager) were going to do everything for me to walk out with that car (promises/agreements for fixing the maintenance issues and most importantly a great deal/price). I returned days later with a check to get the car (Saturday). Murad and Joseph were busy assisting other customers (expected on a weekend). Murad lead me to his associate Paul. I talked with Paul and his manager Michael…this is where the deal went bad. Michael gave me the known lingo from any dealership --> can’t lower the price, we are losing out, we can't commit to those promises/agreements, etc. (The car has been at this dealership for days or months maybe?!) The worst was Paul though. Paul is rude (actual comment from Paul - "Go to a different dealership!"), will insult you (exact comment from Paul - "You are wasting my time!!!!"), not willing to negotiate, and MOST IMPORTANTLY DOESN’T CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER! I walked out immediately after this. Do not go here to buy a car unless you are dealing with Murad and Joseph. Paul will offend you and charge you a breathing air fee (if he could…) More

Adam Rottenberg was simply amazing for a Sale Specialist. He answered all of our questions, clearly explained the various option packages on the Acura 2016 MDX versus the Acura 2017 MDX. Went above and beyond showing us how the car operates. He answered all of our questions and even helped set up our customized technical settings in our new vehicle. The sales manager, John Neals, was simply amazing and the best sales manager I have worked with in my entire life time. Found him to be straight forward and true to his word. The price was great and I'm very excited about my new car purchase. I will highly recommend this dealership to all my family, friends, and coworkers. This was the BEST new car buying experience we have ever had without any hassle what so ever! More
