Our experience from the moment we entered Bill Vince,'s Acura until we drove off with our vehicle was extremely professional and customer focused. It started with the 2 sales managers Mike and Mike who after understanding our needs brought us to Sales Rep Adam. Adam took my wife and I on one of the most informative and instructive test drives we have been on .He was extremely pleasant and knowledgable and took us on a number of different roads as he explained the different features of the vehicle. It made us very comfortable that this vehicle was the right choice for our needs. I felt we got an extremely fair price on both our Audi trade in, as well as the MDX price. The prices were given separately which is my preference as it provides excellent transparency and comfort with the process. When I picked up the purchased vehicle 2 days later Adam again ain't a great deal of time make sure I understood the features before I left the dealership. Overall we had an excellent experience . Pleasure to deal with I stopped by Bridgewater Acura to test drive a 2012 Jeep Liberty I found online with great mileage. I met with David Klein and he had the car ready I stopped by Bridgewater Acura to test drive a 2012 Jeep Liberty I found online with great mileage. I met with David Klein and he had the car ready to go in a few minutes. After driving it a few miles, David answering all my questions, and seeing what great shape the car seemed to be in we talked about a deal. I had to use Zero % of my negotiating skills to get the deal I wanted. (I almost wonder if I shot too high ) Oh well, I left that night with a promise to return the next day. Being this was the first USED car I'd ever contemplated, the next day I had several questions for David and each one was promptly answered via email. I returned that evening with my husband and as I requested we took a nice long drive in the car alone. It was nice being able to talk about the ride, and not feel pressured checking out certain things in the car. Seeing the car in daylight I noticed a scratch on the bumper I didn't see the night before. It's hardly noticeable, but I know it's there. Everything else seemed to be right on to what I expected and after all it was USED. After the ride, David was with another client, however the manager, Michael, promptly greeted us back and asked how we felt and such, I did negotiate another few hundred dollars off with no problem due to the scratch, and honestly it was more offered than did I have to ask. Michael then asked my husband, what he can do for him. He said "get me out of here quickly". I have to be honest, it's the fastest I've ever been in and out of a car buying experience ever. From my first communication with Scott online, all the way through to the financial desk of Ryan, I was very happy with the process. (Except for me hitting myself because I think I came in with too high of an offer, LOL) Honestly, I'm really happy with the car, and the service I've received at Bridgewater Acura. Trust me, it's important. I left a dealership not long ago because my sales associate felt we were wasting his time, now he'll never see us again, nor will I refer a soul. Thanks Bridgewater Acura for making my dream to own this particular Jeep come true. And only 2 days after leaving, they have addressed a few small items found and will be fixing them for me with no hassles. Refreshing!!! I would definitely recommend this dealership in the future and wish they were closer to home, I'd definitely partake in their service department. More

Great client service, inadequate tech support We purchased an Acura certified 2014 Acura RDX from the dealer; Adam Rottenburg. and Dave Klein were superb in their client service - couldn't be happ We purchased an Acura certified 2014 Acura RDX from the dealer; Adam Rottenburg. and Dave Klein were superb in their client service - couldn't be happier. BUT: I asked to take the car to my mechanic for a once over, even though it was Acura certified. I was told that it's a waste of my time and money to do this as it was Acura certified, but I felt it was worth it. When I drove it to the mechanic I heard a persistent clunking noise when I went over bump; the mechanic verified that it was suspension problem, a bushing or a strut. I took it back to Bridgewater Acura and pointed this out to them- - they could not look at it the day I bought the car so I had to come back- they affirmed that this was not a danger. The problem was that the shocks had an internal failure (their verbiage) and they were replaced BUT it took a second visit. Folks, this should have been caught in the certification process (it was checked as "Meets Acura Standards" off on the certification checklist as having been inspected and passed!!) - - that's why I paid extra, right? Moral of the story is always take the certified car to a mechanic for a checkup! You wouldn't believe the bullcrap excuses given to me as to why this happened ("the car sat for a while", "it wasn't taken out for a good test drive", etc.). And, you don't get to leave with a full tank of gas!! I was told that they do not have a gas pump on site. More
