Disrespect and Foul! I went in Monday, July 25th (today) to look at a 2013 bmw 135I. I called and told a gentleman named Mario that I would be there relative to 3:30-4:00. I went in Monday, July 25th (today) to look at a 2013 bmw 135I. I called and told a gentleman named Mario that I would be there relative to 3:30-4:00. Upon arrival, Mario was nowhere to be found. A gentleman named Peter noticed that I was viewing the car and so kindly took it upon himself to grab the keys for me so I could look inside the car. I told him I wanted to test drive it, and this is where the problems started. Peter told me that I needed to be "checked in". Okay, no problem Peter. I give him my license and all necessary (some not so necessary) information that he asked for. Before even test driving the car, he starts to ask how much I want to put down on the car, and begins to question if I have the means to buy the car. They were asking 33,000 for the bmw. I told him pending the test drive on the car, I would be willing to put down 25,000 and finance the rest. Pretty legit customer right? I even told him if I need to show him proof of funds before the test drive that I would have no problem providing such. Although I very much so don't believe any of this conversation was necessary before I even test drove the car, I wanted Peter to know I was serious. We test drove the car, and I soon realized that it was not the car for me. We went back inside, I explained why I did not want the car, and Peter began to yell at me in front of other customers and shout profanity in front of other employees and customers, telling me to get the F out. I strongly urge management to reevaluate peters position, as that was no way to handle a very serious customer. I would have loved to have bridgewater Acura source me another car, or find me something that fit me a bit better, but I will never purchase from a company in which they employ such people who lack respect for their customers. More
