I bought a pre-owned car from this dealer 3 months ago, and last week, I learned from an independent party that there was a problem with the vehicle and I should go back to the seller to have them make things right. Well, I was nervous and expected the worst, but instead, Mike and Daniel Lasko were amazing. They offered to do whatever made me happy. They would buy the car back from me at the original purchase price without any conditions...even willing to buy it from me on the spot and offered me a ride home. I was so pleased with their response that I searched their lot, and found another pre-owned car that I purchased that day in exchange for the one I returned. Service quality is measured not only by how one is treated when things go right, but more importantly, how one is treated when things go wrong. I could not be more pleased.
