Professional, yet personal experience with no pressure! From the moment I walked in the door, the car buying process was both comfortable and free of pressure. I had done a lot of research ahead of time and knew that I wanted to leave with a 2016 RDX that day, Peter answered all of my questions and treated with me respect. The financial discussion with both Peter and then John, was also professional and tailored to meet my needs. Now...on to the RDX---all I can say is, if you are in the market for a crossover filled with luxury, technology, and safety, then this should be your new vehicle. 2nd Purchase as Good as the First Former BMW owner (I have owned 3)...great cars but maintenance costs got ridiculous. Four years ago, I purchased a certified Acura RL from Sam Guindi, Former BMW owner (I have owned 3)...great cars but maintenance costs got ridiculous. Four years ago, I purchased a certified Acura RL from Sam Guindi, his personality suited me well. Tremendously helpful and accomodating person. This year (2015) I still own the RL, but wanted to look at a certified MDX as a replacement for my truck which wasn't an idea daily driver. Went back to Sam who welcomed me like an old friend. He was tied up with another customer and referred me to Mike DiBennedetto who worked with my schedule and made the sale. Another great experience. I also wish to mention Eddie McGeehan in Finance. At current interest rates, I will borrow as long as I can at the lowest rate offered. I then always repay early. Eddie understands this well and was extremely good. When I gently pushed back he pushed the bank and got me a better deal. I typically purchase extended warranties and he made it happen with his thoughtful, no pressure approach. Very helpful staff. They recognize that many don't need to be pushed to buy...the product and service speaks for itself. More

Rude, condescending salesperson I inquired about a 2013 Camaro SS, which was in their used vehicle inventory. I made an offer, which the salesman (Mike) did not think was high enough I inquired about a 2013 Camaro SS, which was in their used vehicle inventory. I made an offer, which the salesman (Mike) did not think was high enough, so he proceeded to insult me and speak to me in a very condescending manner. I would not do business there. No respect for customers or people inquiring about their vehicles. Terrible. Update 12/4/2015: Since that aforementioned encounter people from Bridgewater Acura have reached out to me and have made an earnest effort to work a deal on that car. I appreciate their efforts and the fact that they were responsive to my review. More
