Being a young female, it's common for me to find myself feeling nervous in establishments such as car dealerships, especially without dad or the big bro with me to help negotiate numbers and terms. Being my first time leasing a vehicle without a co-signor, I was intimidated and overwhelmed at the thought that it would be like my previous experiences in a car dealership alone; sleazy salesmen, the pushy and unreasonable sales pitches, a faulty candy vending machine. BUT, Bridgewater Acura was different from the rest. From the moment I stepped into the dealership to the moment I drove away in my newly leased 2016 ILX, I was treated with the utmost respect and the entire transaction was handled in a very professional and seamless manner. I worked directly with Adam Rottenberg (Sales Advisor) and John Neals (Sales Manager). Both Adam and John were an absolute pleasure to work with and they put my nerves at ease almost as soon as I sat down with them. They listened to my wants and needs and worked hard to reach a deal that worked best for me. No sleaze, no pushy, tacky pitch, and yes, I'm sure the vending machine was fine. It's been a rough year for myself personally, so to have had such a great experience leasing a new vehicle when I had had so much anxiety over it has me looking forward to the next three years in this great new car and hopefully, to the purchase of a new one once the lease is up. I purchased the car out of state, and they were able to take ALL of the hassle out of the process. We agreed on trade-in value and sale price of the Camaro and it worked out extremely well. I was at the dealership for 1 hour, maybe an hour and a half max, before I was on the road in the SS. They entire process was simply a breeze. I highly recommend these guys!! I made my appointment at 10 am and she greeted me promptly at that time and introduced us to our sales consultant Adam Rottenberg. Adam was pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. He took us out on a test drive and answered all of our questions he never rushed us. He took us to the roof to view all of the 2016 MDX models that were available. With the information he was able to provide Adam made it very easy for us to cut through the small stuff and focus on what was important when we made a decision that day to purchase our car. The car is quiet and well-behaved and exudes authority and luxury ride when you want it. For performance driving, select the Sport Plus Mode button and you've got a 9-speed automatic trans /paddle shifting race car. This is my first Acura (My last 3 cars have been from Honda) and I am very impressed with the vehicle overall. I researched vehicles in the luxury midsize class and always came back to the Acura as the best value. The Salesperson (David Klein) was great and sold me the car I wanted - not the car he wanted to sell. He took the time to explain the features of the car and allowed multiple test drives until I was certain that this was the car I wanted. When I drove off the lot in my new Acura TLX I felt I purchased the right car at the right price from the right dealer. More

A terrific used car buying experience I had an appointment with Bridgewater Acura, to look at a previously selected used car. I was early, but, none the less I was greeted by Amanda. Amanda, although our interaction was brief, was pleasant and friendly. The first face any dealership would want customers to meet. She turned me over to Rick Verso, Sales Consultant and I thought to myself “here comes the dreaded used car salesmen.” But Rick was anything but. I already had selected the car I was interested in and gotten a price indication. I was satisfied the quoted price was fair and reasonable, a win/win situation for both and no further discuss was necessary. There was no “let me check with my manager” stuff between Rick and I. In other words, none of the usual used car drama. In addition, Rick was able to sweeten the deal and get me some $$ for what I considered a worthless trade-in. Rick made my anticipated used car dealings a real pleasure. Thanks buddy. Now too the “Finance” guy. Eddie Mcgeehan, the F&I manager. I thought, here comes a nightmare. Nothing could be further from the truth. Eddie worked with me, made what I anticipated would be unpleasant and the deal was done.
