im writing this while im extremely upset and almost regretting leaving a good review for this person, when we purchased the vehicle we were told that the plates were going to be mailed to us, they called us over a week ago to let us know that the plates were in and that they were going to be mailed to us shortly, after waiting over a week i decided to call to see what was going on with the plates, turns out they sent the plates to the wrong address, i only found this out because I WAS the one who called them, they didn't even bother to check that there was a mistake made. Ok so nobody is perfect i get it, mistakes happen, so i drive to the address that they sent the plates to because Dominic specifically told me that they were left outside and that i should pick them up, so i drove 35 min to pick up the plates, get to to address to find out that there were no packages left, i knocked on the door a few times with no luck (nobody was home). So i call back Dominic as im driving back home and then he basically tells me to try again later or to leave a note so the people living at that address can contact me! RUDE MUCH? Then to make matters worse, he tells me that im going to have to come in to get an extension on the temporary plates until they request new ones which takes about another 3 weeks! i feel like people need to learn how to treat others better for the future of the business, not only that but i have no clue who lives at that address now and they have very important and personal information of my husband and I, what happens with those documents? Everything was great when they were trying to sell us a car and now that the deal is done THEY make a mistake and cant even handle it correctly. I am extremely disappointed!

Melissa and Michael - Melissa - thank you for taking a moment to speak with me today. I appreciate your time in explaining your concerns and frustrations with the Plates and Registration. We certainly appreciate your patience ... while we try to resolve/rectify the current issues at hand. I just wanted to reiterate - that we did have on Drivers Licenses, Paperwork - that there are THREE(3) Addresses for you. Our Motor Vehicle Clerk did register the vehicle to the address on your DL - that unfortunately did not reflect your current change of address. I'd like the opportunity to speak with your sales associate Dominick C = Thursday June 18th - when he returns from his day off today. You did mention you would be coming in this evening - to pick up your new plates/registration. I hope that thus far - we were able to iron out/resolve some of the concerns you had - based on the timeline of events and what supporting documents, conversations that had led up to the error at hand. Would you consider updating the current online review? You admit writing a negative review and changing our star rating out of frustration. Now that we've had a fair opportunity to communicate and right the wrong ...will you be able to consider a more satisfying update/change. Nonetheless - to make it up to you and for your inconvenience - I'll be leaving you with a gift with the front receptionist for when you pick up your plates/registration. Hi Tina, thank you so much for your help, you have been great and very helpful with this situation. I will pick up the plates/registation today, once we get them and everything is in order i will update the review, i will specifically say that you were the one who fixed the issue but unfortunately it doesn't change the fact that Dominic wasn't very helpful with all this and caused me a lot of stress yesterday. Thank you for all you have done, i truly appreciate it.

Hi Tina, So thank you for the gift. It was a nice gesture. I wish we could actually use it. My husband called the dealership this morning and asked about the detailing service. He was told that your dealership does not offer detailing services any longer.. i mean really? When the manager spoke to him on the phone, he told him that they do not offer detailing services because you have too many cars that need to get out and that is his priority. Perhaps in a month and a half you might start to offer detailing services once again. This is really starting to turn into a circus. Nothing against you personally.. but I guess the customer certainly does not come first. At this point i'd rather not deal with this any longer and just check this off as a bad experience and a place to stay clear from.

Our Dealership does not offer - customer details at this time - HOWEVER.......our Service Manager was not aware that we had offered you the gift certificate for a detail - with the $100.00 - i take accountability for not communicating with them. My husband actually did tell the service manager that he had been bought the used car from you and that you had given us the $100 gift certificate for detailing. I will call you to schedule anything if we decide to use the certificate.

Please contact me directly. As I mentioned before - I reminded the Service Manager .... the GIFT CARDS are actually a new item our Dealership has started. All Departments are aware of the Gift Cards - however again, the Service Manager may not have known of the Gift Certificate issued to you with regards to detail. 1 - with having purchased a Nissan from us - it's not likely you'll be coming to an Acura Dealership for Service or Parts - which is why we were able to offer DETAIL.
