Highly recommended Acura Sales Representative I had done a great deal of research regarding pricing, accessories and financing for a 2014 or 2015 Acura MDX with the Technology package. We had been I had done a great deal of research regarding pricing, accessories and financing for a 2014 or 2015 Acura MDX with the Technology package. We had been contacted by a number of dealerships and have quotes before visiting Bridgewater Acura. We arrived at the dealership and met Kristine our Internet contact who in turn connected me with our sales representative Michael Boltarets. Mr. Boltarets had a very professional, non-salesman demeanor. He clearly explained the cars and packages available so we can quickly narrow down our selection. We had discussed pricing but were not yet ready to commit. There was no heavy handed "you have to sign today to get the best price". Later that week we were leaving for vacation so we were not yet ready to commit until after we returned. During our vacation, we reached out to Michael to get various answers questions. He replied quickly and accurately. We then progressed to negotiate a price both for the car and accessories that met our budget. He worked with us to get the price we needed to seal the deal. Upon pickup, the transaction closed very smoothly with all financing arranged and accessories installed. There were no surprises in the numbers and everything closed as expected. Michael provided an overview of the basic functionality of the car and is planning a more detailed review with my wife later in the week. We highly recommend Michael Boltarets. The perception of the car industry would be more positive if there were more people like Michael representing dealerships around the country. More
