Found a Gem They said I was looking for the top 1%. They said it couldn't get done in my timeframe. They said it was not probable or realistic that I would find it with all the specific features and color combo and Pre owned and low miles and certified and 1 owner and non smoker etc etc..  This is what the other Acura dealerships were saying. Until I took a look at the largest northeast Acura Pre owned dealership. And guess what! There it was, just came in, sitting there waiting for me. The whole process couldn't have been easier. Even with my 8 month pregnant wife along for the ride. I live in NYC and the drive to bridgewater Acura was easy. Easier still, was closing the deal with these individuals. From the start, the Internet girls Tina and Kristine were wonderful. Salesman Anthony, great product knowledge. And the two brothers, Michael and Dan (Mgrs) attentive to my needs, requests, and always available. I couldn't be happier with my vehicle and couldn't be happier with the ease of this process. The vehicle we wanted was on the lot so we got to see the car we would get, and by working with Eddie and Michael we were able to put together a great deal and we walked out of the showroom very happy. The pickup of the MDX was just as easy. The car was fully prepped and looked great, and they made the paperwork go smoothly. Eddie reviewed the features and I was on my way. We love the MDX and we look forward to going back to Eddie and Michael for my wife's car! More

Never expected this... While shopping for a new RDX, I reached out to the internet sales team of many dealerships. Everyone who called was short, pushy, and only cared abou While shopping for a new RDX, I reached out to the internet sales team of many dealerships. Everyone who called was short, pushy, and only cared about how fast we could get in there….except Bill Vince’s Acura. Kristine spent a few minutes discussing our wants, checked stock to see if they even had it, and gave a good price, albeit $100 higher than my lowest price found. I made an appointment and went in, where we met with Tina, Kristine’s counterpart, who introduced us to Eddie McGeehan, our salesman. Eddie listened to what we wanted, showed us a car, and took us for a very relaxed test drive. Upon returning he asked if we were interested. I told him I was, but I explained I also had a reasonable range in mind for what I wanted for my trade, and I don’t want to do the traditional, stressful, back and forth. I asked for their best number up front, and if we were off, I would return after I sold it privately. He evaluated the car and after speaking with Joe, the sales manager, they offered to match the price of the lowest dealer (knocking another $100 off) and offered me a trade value above my range! It was the fastest car deal I have every had! Once we agreed on a deal, over the next few minutes we were thanked for our business by Eddie, Joe and Tina. It was a classy move and something I valued. We never intended to buy this day, but I already knew my credit union was the lowest out there, lower than any bank. Joe got us the same rate (which was a current advertised special on the Acura site). There were no games or bait and switch in trying to give us a higher rate. John in finance, helped finish all the paperwork. He was polite, energetic and great to deal with. From the time we got there, until we left in the new car, was literally less than three hours. During those three hours, I never once felt like I have at other dealerships. They did everything right. Their customer service makes you feel like an appreciated customer from the moment you get there, until you leave. Old school sales traits that are long lost in most places…..but not at Bill Vince’s! Their prices are excellent and below what most “others paid” from what I found. There were no games and it was not stressful. Eddie was great salesman and was a true professional. I can’t recommend them enough. They blew our expectations out of the water. These folks are not your normal car dealer. The worst dealership I walked in ever I was there for more than 30 minutes ,not one person said hi to me.
