The online interaction with Tina was straight and to the point, and I was able to lock in the car and the agreed upon price within minutes! When I met with Tina and Eddie in person, they made me feel comfortable and at ease during the exciting yet stressful time of buying a new car. Eddie helped explain the paperwork and was able to get me out the door and in my new car in just over an hour and changed my opinion about car shopping. Seems to be a great place to find a nice used BMW I was looking for a BMW 135i with low miles in very good to excellent condition. It turns out they are pretty hard to find...it seems like BMW sold way more 3 series than 1s, and most 1s out there are 128i lease specials. Bridgewater had a 2011 135i Convertible with the M sport package and every option except the DCT auto - this was a pretty special car. I had only been able to see 3 other 2011 135i convertibles and all 3 had the DCT ... Bridgewater's car was the only 6 speed. On top of this, the car was very clean and it was apparent that the first owner had loved her. After seeing the car and speaking with Mike and thew sales manager, they seemed like they knew a lot about BMWs, especially for not being a new BMW dealer. They knew what the car was and that there weren't many of them around, and I made it clear from the start that I was a serious buyer...but they were pretty easy to negotiate with. Some dealers might have tried to play hardball but we were able to agree on a reasonable price for the car by just exchanging a few phone calls. I financed about 1/2 the purchase, and the gentleman who handled the finacing (I forget his name, sorry) did call several banks to get me the best terms. All in all, I'm very happy. I had the most dealings with Mike, and I can say that he was very easygoing, helpful, and aggressive enough in following up with phone calls without being annoying. (My work schedule made it difficult to get out to the dealership so we did a lot of paperwork remotely). They even sent me docs by Fedex to sign when we couldn't come out to the lot to make things easier. On a side note I also own an Acura MDX that I bought new from another dealer that I am not particualrly happy with (the dealer not the car - my MDX has been great), and I told Mike that if I ever bought another Acura I would drive the extra 30 miles (with Metro traffic is like an extra 1.5 hours) just to come see him and I meant it. More

I have been doing research on the Acura TSX's for quite some time now. I first started my search in Princeton since I happened to be in that area. I walked out of the dealership with a horrible pit in my stomach and was not at all interested in making a purchase with them. The customer service was horrible and I felt like just another number. I decided to come to Bridgewater Acura and it was the best decision I made. Eddie gave me excellent customer service and I left feeling so confident in my purchase. That is the way I was hoping to feel after making a big decision on a new car. He answered all of my questions and I did not feel any pressure just for him to make a sale. It was true proffesionalism and I would recommend any one going to him at Bridgewater Acura. A car is a huge purchase and should be something you walk away with feeling you made the right choice. I surely got that and more. I can not wait to give Bridgewater Acura more business in the future and hopefully referrals for Eddie. More

I have leased two vehicles from this dealership and wanted to maintain the relationship. I knew the vehicle I wanted and I knew what I wanted to pay for it. Eddie came back with an offer that was a little higher than I wanted and I made a counter offer that was graciously accepted. The deal was clean, simple and "pain free" and the vehicle was delivered as promised in a timely and professional manner. More

I did quite a bit of research ahead of time, and was able to get the exact car I wanted at the price I was expecting to pay. P and extremely helpful. Plus, even days after the deal was closed, Sean continued to be very helpful when I experienced a glitch with the radio set-up. Only one other observation - when I picked it up, the car itself was a bit dusty and had a few stains on the steering wheel and dash. It wasn't too bad, and it took me a few minutes to notice it, but the dealership could ensure used cars are completely clean before delivery. More
