I have been doing research on the Acura TSX's for quite some time now. I first started my search in Princeton since I happened to be in that area. I decided to come to Bridgewater Acura and it was the best decision I made. Eddie gave me excellent customer service and I left feeling so confident in my purchase. That is the way I was hoping to feel after making a big decision on a new car. He answered all of my questions and I did not feel any pressure just for him to make a sale. It was true proffesionalism and I would recommend any one going to him at Bridgewater Acura. A car is a huge purchase and should be something you walk away with feeling you made the right choice. I have leased two vehicles from this dealership and wanted to maintain the relationship. I knew the vehicle I wanted and I knew what I wanted to pay for it. Eddie came back with an offer that was a little higher than I wanted and I made a counter offer that was graciously accepted. The deal was clean, simple and "pain free" and the vehicle was delivered as promised in a timely and professional manner. More

Very good car buying experience. Sean was very friendly and extremely helpful. I did quite a bit of research ahead of time, and was able to get the exact car I wanted at the price I was expecting to pay. P and extremely helpful. Plus, even days after the deal was closed, Sean continued to be very helpful when I experienced a glitch with the radio set-up. Only one other observation - when I picked it up, the car itself was a bit dusty and had a few stains on the steering wheel and dash. It wasn't too bad, and it took me a few minutes to notice it, but the dealership could ensure used cars are completely clean before delivery. More
