Very pleasant experience in leasing a new Acura TSX. I was a repeat customer and Joe Giaconia was very good to work with in the price negotiation. I would like to see the price negotiation process imp was a repeat customer and Joe Giaconia was very good to work with in the price negotiation. I would like to see the price negotiation process improved by allowing a customer to directly negotiate with the dealer's decision maker rather than going through the showroom sales person who apparently has no power to negotiate price. There ended up being an issue with the amount of the down payment given the lease program that I used. However that was corrected at my meeting with the finance manager (first name was Ed) and a credit was applied to my credit card for the amount overcharged. I promptly received in the mail a confirmation of the credit transaction. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family in the future. More

When I selected the certified preowned car I wished to buy, Mr. Boltarets patiently and professionally worked with me on an acceptable price and assisted me with all the necessary paperwork. He was there to greet me when I came to pick up the car, and he took the time to provide basic instructions on some of the technology items.
