I had a coupon for a free oil change so I thought I would take advantage of the free service even though it's out of my way. I made an appointment via their website and when I showed up a couple of minutes early I was told by the service writer that it would beat least an hour before they could get me in. I asked about the appointment time I had made and got a blank stare in response. He offered to make an appointment for another time but my work schedule doesn't lend itself to great flexibility. I went to another dealer located closer to my home and they got me right in. Not a good way for a service department to make a first impression. Why offer appointments and inconvenience customers? Being the internet age, we knew how to find what we were looking for. Bill Volz had what we wanted at an excellent price. Steve was great to work with. Steve was really patient as we swapped car seats in and out to test drive with the kids. He also gave quick, simple instructions to cover the myriad buttons on the vehicle. The entire process was pretty low-key with no pressure. Everyone was patient, friendly and respectful. We have one small issue with the car. The part is on order and should be repaired in a few days. The car is certified, so I don't expect to have problems. Overall, a very good experience so far. More
