We had friends that bought Toyota's from this dealership and recommended this dealer. We spent a long time with Monica going over all the details of the car. They let us drive the Avalon several times so and recommended this dealer. We spent a long time with Monica going over all the details of the car. They let us drive the Avalon several times so we could truly understand the car. We also asked to drive a Highlander before we made our decision had all questions answered about this vehicle. Excellent service, friendly service and really explained things about the car. We were very pleased with our choice of using Bill Walsh Toyota in Ottawa. We are Toyota fans - have had a Camray, Avalon, and Tundra truck. Excellent products. More
