Not too happy about the treatment by this dealership. When I came in for the 45000 mile maintenance on which they rotate the tires, top off the fluids and do the basic inspection. There is a vehicle reca When I came in for the 45000 mile maintenance on which they rotate the tires, top off the fluids and do the basic inspection. There is a vehicle recall but Toyota doesn't have a fix for it. Instead of saying that they notified me of the recall but there was no fix for it. They tried to lie about it and said that I declined the recall and refused the free repair ! (which there wasn't) The service advisor said it was a 'cut and paste error and she was new at her job. I had to go go to her manager to remove this obvious lie from my paperwork. As for topping off the fluids the tech neglected tried to say he already did it but ' there was lots of bubbles in the fluid - funny i never had that problem when I filled up my washer fluid. He said he topped up my coolant and gave me xx about a dealer suggestion or replacing the coolant ar a cost of hundreds of dollers. When they rotated the tires they didn't reset the tpms sensors-I have a full size spare so s Tpms sensors need to be reset. Since they were closed on Sundays I had the sensors reset at Costco. Next time I'll have my car serviced at North bakersfield Toyota! More
