Left my 2020 Avalon with distortion in the rear window to be fixed. Was told that the distortion was not considered a defect??? I guess it was designed that way??? Typically a solid dealership. I've bought 3 vehicles from here. Always treated me well. My son dropped the car off for routine maintenance. Customer service is great but there were a few things I wasn’t satisfied with. I was told my car would be washed and was not. Also when I picked up my vehicle my hood was not properly closed which was a co wasn’t satisfied with. I was told my car would be washed and was not. Also when I picked up my vehicle my hood was not properly closed which was a concern because I had to check to ensure that they closes all my caps. Lastly, they left a note regarding my floor mates stating that the driver side was not in compliance with Toyota guidelines, but the mats in my vehicle are from Toyota and came with it when I purchased it. So it was just confusing as to what the inspector is referring too. More
