Purchase a use truck didn’t notice damage rims I called two days after was told they couldn’t do nothing for me because it’s off the lot. Now I received a letter telling me my Toyota auto care agreement is two days after was told they couldn’t do nothing for me because it’s off the lot. Now I received a letter telling me my Toyota auto care agreement is at risk of not receiving coverage due to the following reason: plan not available. I called (800)228-8559 they told me Toyota needs to contact them because there’s missing information on the application. They have notified them since December 17, 2021 but no one has contacted them. So they send a letter to me so I could contact Toyota and have them do their JOB. This is my 3rd vehicle I have purchase with Toyota and my first bad experience. Hopefully they make it right. More
