Recently I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from a smaller dealership. I brought this vehicle in to your dealership because I wanted to have it serviced by an 'Authorized' Hyundai dealership. I had already dr dealership. I brought this vehicle in to your dealership because I wanted to have it serviced by an 'Authorized' Hyundai dealership. I had already dressed my concerns with 1) the sound system with a tape stuck in it; 2) my vehicle has over 150k miles. The only response I received from your 'service department' was - 1) For us to fix it we would just change it out with a new one. But we don't open them up and take it out. Never did your service personnel ask If I wanted this service performed, even after considerable inquiry. Never did your personnel ask if I wanted to schedule other maintenance for my vehicle. I can only hope that other 'Hyundai' dealerships do not give the same consideration to their customers that your dealership did to me. This 'treatment' would give me great concern in ever purchasing a vehicle from you or even another Hyundai vehicle.
