This is my 2nd purchase from Luke Okes in Lynchburg- now CMA Honda of Lynchburg. He has been great to work with and the service department has been fantastic! This dealership was better when it was Billy Craft, now as a CMA they don't care about the customers, just money. Our Honda Oddessy was recently taken in for some work to be done and the quoted us a certai as a CMA they don't care about the customers, just money. Our Honda Oddessy was recently taken in for some work to be done and the quoted us a certain amount and then changed it because they said they didn't know our engine. Over the weekend, I our speakers started making popping noises. We called this morning and they said that this is a common issue but because we hit 6 years in July of having the van, we'd have to pay a diagnostic fee of over 100 dollars and then yet again they couldn't tell us how much it would cost to fix it. I read up on this issue and I was a class action lawsuit as it was an issue with the model of the van and Honda knowingly sold it this way. If this is how the dealership treats its customers then it is time to use someone else in the future. More

After searching many dealerships in Virginia for a new CRV, we decided to order our vehicle locally from Billy Craft. Billy Craft did not have the "market adjustments" that many of the other dealerships a CRV, we decided to order our vehicle locally from Billy Craft. Billy Craft did not have the "market adjustments" that many of the other dealerships added to MSRP saving us thousands...literally. Jessica was our salesperson and we couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience throughout the entire process. Jessica is very knowledgeable and very thorough, taking the time to explain the ordering process as well as the features of the vehicle once it arrived. Mr. Pendelton in finance was also very thorough but at the same time not pushy. The dealership respected our time, and the final transaction once the vehicle was delivered was quick and easy.
