I was shopping for a new or late model car and stopped by Billy Howell Ford near my home. Bruce showed me a late model Hyundai that had been traded in on a new Ford truck. I was very interested in the car and after I took a test drive called my husband to tell him the details.and went ahead and discussed a possible trade of my car. Bruce introduced me to his sales manager, Gary LaDue, who was also very friendly and helpful and welcomed me to Billy Howell Ford. My husband and I talked over the deal and returned to the dealership to discuss an offer with Bruce. We presented an offer and Bruce went to Gary's office and discussed it and returned with a deal that was fair to both parties. We accepted the deal and drove the car home! We both were very impressed with Bruce's attention to detail and his desire to do a good deal with us. Not only did Bruce make a new customer but also made new friends. My husband will be looking for a new car soon and will stop by to see Bruce and Gary. More

This was by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with! Staff was very friendly and professional! The salesman even went above and beyond his duties to make sure I was taken care and even drove to my with! Staff was very friendly and professional! He got me in the truck that I wanted, insisted I take it home that night and had my car I drove to the lot in delivered to me the next day!
