Billy Howell Ford is the most customer service oriented dealership I've ever known. The staff there are some of the friendliest in the industry. The service manager, Charlie Ware, lives nearby my offic dealership I've ever known. The staff there are some of the friendliest in the industry. The service manager, Charlie Ware, lives nearby my office so he just swaps cars with me for the day, takes my car in for routine services and then returns it at the end of the day. Talk about convenience! I'm so spoiled, I could never get this kind of attention from another dealer. What makes it even better... my salesman, Randy Mankovitch, still calls me after a service appointment to be sure everything was satisfactory -- a year after I bought my Ford Taurus from him!
