Great Experience purchasing a vehicle I was shopping another vehicle at their sister store ecarone when I test drove a 2019 Jeep Cherokee that didn't have the options I wanted. I DID find what I wanted at Essence Maserati however when looking at the website while working with Keith at ecarone. Keith contacted Adam (salesmanager) to get ready what I wanted and I drove over to take a look. I met Adam and began working with Al, my Salesman. I took the test drive, loved the Jeep and worked the deal. They gave me more for my trade, Ash and Ben in finance were great as was the whole experience. Thus, there were many questions I needed answered via Email. David was extremely patient and very fast to respond. He was straight forward and a consummate pro the entire time. Also, the finance department was very accommodating and allowed me to choose the best finance option and lender for me. They allowed me to place a deposit on the vehicle and hold it for 3 days while I researched my options. I decided to go ahead with the deal and went to the dealership, the same professionalism I experience to that point continued. Ash, the finance/warrant guy was great and projected tremendous positivity and proffesionalism. These folks know what they are doing. I was in and out in aboutan hour. This dynamic duo handled the difficulties with ease. It was late in the day, already past closing and eating into their off-time. But they saw it through and made sure I was able to leave completely satisfied. These things count in sales ( I should know, I too am in sales).
