Adam directed me to Ayman who was nothing but professional in determining what options I wanted in my new Giulia, he had the car pulled around and work hard to impress me with the exciting features; I don't believe either Adam or Ayman knew that my current car was a Maserati Ghibli as we hadn't discussed those details. Once I determined which car I wanted to purchase, it was time to negotiate a trade price for my Maserati, Ayman took all the details down on my car, and when he came back with an offer, I was pleased he didn't try to beat me down, the number he gave me I had already researched and determined that would be a fair price for my car, when Ayman disclosed the number I was speechless, I couldn't believe he was offering me the exact value that I had determined from my research, at that point I decided to relax and enjoy the experience, because purchasing a new car should be an exciting experience, not stressful.
