We have bought vehicles from 2 different dealerships in the past. Working with Bismarck Motor Company has hands down been the best experience we've ever had purchasing a new vehicle! We had an appointment for 10am and we got there at 9:30am and before we even got to the front door, we had a salesman greeting us while holding the door open for us, we told him we had an appointment at 10am with Brett Adam and that we had a vehicle on hold that we haven't gotten to see other than online as we traveled 3 hours to this dealership. He said let me grab the keys and we can take it for a test drive while we wait for Brett to get in! We were not expecting that as we had an appointment for 10am so we were expecting to have to wait till our appointment time, which would've been just fine with us. Our whole experience working with Brett Adam was phenomenal, he was willing to go above and beyond to answer any questions we had prior to our appointment and the day of! We did look at 3 vehicles all with different price tags and he never made us feel pressured to go with one vehicle over the other. By far the most satisfactory experience I have ever had with a car dealership. No sooner had I approached the door to the Honda salesroom when a gentleman came up behind me, opened the door for me and ask with a car dealership. The gentleman was Dayton Combs. I told him my needs, the vehicle that matched was "in for cleaning" but he tracked it down, I said it was just what I was looking for, put down a "hold" deposit and it was ready to pick up a few days later exactly as promised. There was never any pressure from anyone, including the administrative end (Lance Meyer). I loved everything about the whole process and am now a loyal BMC customer who wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. More
