The salespeople at BMC are top notch. Tony Helvig is amazing! The management - however (and especially on the used car side of things) needs to go to (or back to) business school. The last THREE times I have attempted to close a deal with BMC (not negotiating ONE cent of of the sales price of the car I'm buying mind you), they have come in - literally - THOUSANDS less for my trade-in (and twice for cars I bought from THEM) than a competing local dealership. Oh... and they don't honor their own "instant offer" that they advertise online either for a used car. Real example... my daughter had her first car. Was trading to get her a new one. Despite the KBB instant offer range being about $4500.00, they offered $2000 (despite the fact that I was buying a vehicle from them on trade). I took it to Eide Ford and they gave me a check for $4200 without purchasing ANYTHING from them. Same car. Same day. $2200 difference. That's BMC for you. In short, they don't care about you. They see what they can get away with and hope you fall for it. I didn't. Neither should you. Until they change their trade-in valuation process, I'm not going back. Neither should you. More

I was greeted by Tony when I walked up to the door. He was very friendly and courteous. I explained which Murano I was interested in. After looking & driving two other Muranos, I decided on the one I wanted. We set up an appointment for the next day to complete the paperwork. Tony was excellent through the whole process. I just bought a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Bismarck Motor Company. I loved that there was no pressure to buy & the salesman, Dustin, set a very relaxed atmosphere. This is my first 'new to me' car and he answered all of my questions. The paperwork & loan approval process was very quick and easy. When they were checking over the vehicle one last time, they noticed that the lock on the passenger side stuck a little. They tried to fix it that day, but they didn't have the part for it. Since I am over 150 miles away from Bismarck, they offered to fill my vehicle with gas to come get that part fixed in the future at no cost.
