Best Experience Ever!!! After watching Blackwell's commercials, I thought I would visit the showroom to purchase a Kia. Once there I was approach by Bryce Luffman who inform After watching Blackwell's commercials, I thought I would visit the showroom to purchase a Kia. Once there I was approach by Bryce Luffman who inform me that he was available to help me if I wanted. I agreed and I inform Bryce that I would like to look at the Kia brand. So before we went out to view the cars Bryce took information from me. Once that information was taken he advised me that The Dodge brand would be a better match for me based on the incentives on the cars. I did not want to look at Dodges but he ask if I would look at what he had on the lot. I agreed and I was glad that I did. I was shown the 2015 Dodge Journeys that had the American Value Package. I liked the Granite Crystal Metallic Clear Coat Exterior Paint and Bryce drove the car up. Bryce walked me around the car to explained what was in it. Once I got behind the steering wheel I pushed the starter button. Yes a keyless starter which I loved right off. Bryce had me drive a mix course of streets which had different speeds and landscapes. It was great driving this car with it many functions. Yes I bought the car. But it was due to Bryce experience, respect, none pressure sale. Yes I wanted a Kia, but I had driven them at another showroom. This Dodge was much better and it had more extras that I wanted to have and not extras that I'm forced to live with. I was walked through finance by Steve Sulter who explained everything down to the last penny. Everybody were great even though I did not mention them by name.
