Awesome Job! I had a 2001 Kia Sportage and it meant a lot to me. This was the first vehicle purchase that I did after my divorce. I had three small kids and had I had a 2001 Kia Sportage and it meant a lot to me. This was the first vehicle purchase that I did after my divorce. I had three small kids and had been working at the hospital for 3 years before I purchased it. I knew I needed something reliable, but nothing about that experience or the actual purchase was good. The end result being that I had to contact Kia Motor Corporation to get the vehicle fixed due to the warranty and not having it come out of pocket...this was within the first 6 months of purchasing this vehicle. Since then I have been afraid to go to another dealer, and I explained this to all involved including my sales person. I could not have asked for a better team of folks that you have put together at Blackwell. Tracy kept me informed of everything that was going on, even the wait time, what we were waiting for and she was sooooooo wonderful. Donnie did my test drive while Tracy was with a previous customer and informed me all about the Kia upgrades from my 2001, Travis was excellent in explaining everything to me and Hannah was the first voice of Blackwell that I spoke to when I scheduled my appointment. Tracy was there from the beginning to the end and no one laughed when I cried when my 2001 Kia Sportage was cleaned out. I even cried when I saw my 2011 Kia Sportage...all happy tears! The entire experience was GREAT and I look forward to being a repeat customer...they even announced my name and I was the last one there.
