Brought 02 Jeep Liberty in for service with Marty Totherow, the diagnosis that was reported to me really required serious debating and decision making. I've had the Jeep for 10 years with no major Totherow, the diagnosis that was reported to me really required serious debating and decision making. I've had the Jeep for 10 years with no major work done to it until then. After speaking with the best Service man Marty Totherow via phone; he had me to come in to view what was going on and to explain my situation. He gave me amp amount of time to consider what steps I wanted to take and offered for me to speak with a sales person if I would like. I agreed to see just where I stood and if there were something that I liked on the lot. I spoke with Tacey Wiles, after everything was explained to her about my Jeep. She was very patient, considerate, and perfessional. She explained the steps necessary in purchasing a vehicle if that's what i wanted to do. I definitely wanted to stay in a certain price range. So I walked the parking lot while still in disbelief. She gave my space and was there if I had questions. I spotted the Jeep Latitude 2012 on the lot and honestly it had to grow on me after having my baby since 2004. The miles were great, still had some manufacture warranty on it and was somewhat in my price range. To make a long story short, Tracey Wiles was great even with other members of my family that came to test drive the vehicle for me before purchasing. She kept assuring me that she/Blackwell would take care of me through the whole thing. time was winding down, the husband and I as well as my parents talked this thing over and agreed to purchase. So we did. Not only liking the car but the Customer Service, quality of their work, patience, friendliness, guidance, kindness, and hard work to satisfy the customer(me) was outstanding and another part of the reason I purchased. John Thurman was great in the process also! I would recommend this company to others! Still a little hard dealing with having to get rid of my baby, but have another great one.
