After getting back home and shopping around we found other Ford dealers with much lower warranty prices for the same plan, and after calling regarding the plan I had purchased they bumped down the cost of it by about $800- which is significant. I was in the market for a midsized pickup truck, and shopped several brands--Nissan, Chevrolet/GMC and Ford. As a GM retiree, I wanted to give them the first shot. I was fortunate to get Cary Crouch when I called. Cary was terrific to work with, and he quickly met my purchase needs. In fact, everyone at Blackwell were great (including Derek in finance) and the store itself is one of the nicest Ford dealerships in the area.
