Professional, really pleasant and excellent quick and easy service with Ernie. Needs a raise! Helpful, informed and informative and kept us informed at every step. Took it in at 8 and it was ready by noon! Ernie was the best!!!

"Service and Sales after support top notch"

We bought a used SUV from Blade that had some electric issues after 30 days. We brought in the vehicle after a rocky service department start but they took care of the whole repair and it was free of charge to us. For a dealer to stand behind a used car like this says a lot about who they are as a business. We will be back to get another vehicle someday!!!!!!

"Vacation saver!"

I was traveling from Michigan to Alaska and back. I was looking for a must have part for my lance camper refrigerator and after trying many places your RV service center came thru and if that weren't enough on my way home I was in desperate need of an oil change on my 2016 duramax ( with a camper on it) and though you were booked for the next day you decided that you could get me in yet that same afternoon! allowing my wife and I to enjoy an extra day in the North Cascades National Park. "Bad beyond belief"

The service writer I dealt with treated me like last weeks trash. She couldnt answer my questions about the work that had been done on my truck in the last two visits, or should we say not done. They wouldnt even give me a copy of the service order so that I could see for myself. I brought my truck in ( with appointments ) 2 times for the same work and still didnt get a completed job and was told I had to come back for a third appointment so they may be able to complete the job. This is very sad and very poor CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cant see where I would recomend this group of people to anyone or let this group do any more work on my truck.

"These people in the service department don't seem to care"

Purchased new Colorado from Blade in 2012. Installed faulty oil filter at service, running oil out of engine. Later, when custom rim surface failed, counter person told me they would not warranty it. Service manager told me he would check into it, never calling me back. Last week, took truck in after tire I purchased from them failed. Counter person told me they didn't warranty the tires, but I needed to find a local Continental Tire dealer, though I purchased the set of tires from Blade. When I told the two girls at the counter, who were fixing each other's hair that "Your company is the worst at service I've ever experienced, the senior counter person looked at me and said "Cool"! Am never going back

"Warranty service"

Doug at Blade Chevrolet in the Service Department was great! He checked me and got my problem with the gas gauge fixed in no time at all. Joe the van driver also provided excellent service and got me to work in no time and picked me up to get my car back after it was serviced. He even remembered my name, where I worked from years ago when I brought in a different vehicle for repair work. Thanks for a job well done! Jeanne

"Service was OK BUT"

I took my spark in for the free oil change and commented on a letter I received from them regarding my interior filter that stated it needed to be changed. The lady told me that it wasn't time to change it and that it wasn't free. I told her I wanted the oil changed and that the interior light quit working. She told me that she would see about fixing the light. When I came back for the car it was ready and she said they didn't have time to check the light. The lady at the counter was polite but I felt like I was imposing on her time. I left there and drove down to Dwayne lanes Chevrolet in Arlington When the service manager came out and greeted me I told him about the light and he said he didn't have a mechanic available but that he would check to see if it was just a bulb. He told one of his mechanics to put a new bulb in it and then took my car out and washed it they went the extra mile and I walked away a satisfied customer. I will be taking my car back to Dwayne Lanes from now on. I felt like they appreciated me coming in.

"Awesome Dealership - Highly Recommended"

I am late inputting in this review, however, Blade Chevrolet is one of the Top dealers in the Seattle area and let me tell you why! I purchased a 2015 Chevy Silverado 3500 HD and it is everything and more then what I expected. Joe was an awesome salesperson that was attentive to me needs in the search for the right vehicle. I love this truck… I enjoyed working with Joe - Salesman, Eric - Finance and Juan - sales manager so much, that I came back and bought another vehicle in December for my daughter. It was a 2008 mini with 64000 miles. One month after buying the vehicle the motor self-destroyed when the camshaft chain broke. The repairs bill was to be 12,000 dollars; this was well above the amount I paid for the car. My daughter had the car in California while she was attending school; I was at a loss on what to do, especially when the dealer in California said I had no drive train warranty? So, I called warrant forever and they told me they would not cover the loss that Blade would be responsibility since; I only had the car for a month. Now what? So, I then drove to Blade Chevrolet and spoke with Juan and Joe they immediately said let us make some phone calls not to worry that we would get this taken care of. They sent me to the service department where I met Tom the Service Department manager, who then took charge of the situation. He guided the repairs and interfaced with the dealership in California, removed all of my stress. Ending result, motor replaced, rental car for my daughter and many phone conversations where he updated me regularly on the status of the vehicle and answered many of my questions. I am a customer for life. Thank you all for standing behind your product and services. Drive to Blade and see for yourself!

"Last time I go here for an oil change! 1hr 40min later! "

I had an appointment for 12:30 and did not receive my keys until 2:10. I was informed by the check in person that it would be an hour to an hour and 15 min. That was perfect since I needed to be in Sedro Woolley by 2. At 1:55 I had to ask the service desk when my car would be finished. She informed me that my car was in the wash bay. It would be done in 5 minutes. Then a gentleman piped up and said an oil change is normally 1:15-1:30. I said, that's not what I was told. Then the lady proceeded to say it took longer because they had to "run out" and get my wiper blades that I requested. Had they informed me that it would cost $60 for my wiper blades and that it was going to be another 15min to "run out" and get the wipers, I would have kindly said, "don't worry about it". Their communication to their customers needs a little help.

"It is not very often that you come across great customer..."

It is not very often that you come across great customer service these days. But Carl and his team in the service department have it down. Me and my wife are so appreciative of there commitment to taking care of the customer. We had nothing but horrible service at the dealer that we purchased our RV with. We have since recommended this dealer to 2 friends that have purchased RV's at Blade. When we upgrade to a Class A in the next few years, this is who we will be buying it from.
