"The sales process was fine, but beware of the finance department's high-pressure tactics. They forced me to use Hyundai financing to get the $2,250 rebate, which is legal, but then lied and told me I leg department's high-pressure tactics. This is an industry trick to protect the dealer's kickback commission. I paid the loan off in 3 days with only $24 in interest and kept my full rebate. Check your contract—there is no prepayment penalty! Save your money and pay it off immediately." More

Reluctant to use service again. Had a problem, service wanted more for part, (7 thousand), than car was worth. Refused to use aftermarket or salvage yard parts. Found a dealer that Had a problem, service wanted more for part, (7 thousand), than car was worth. Refused to use aftermarket or salvage yard parts. Found a dealer that set part up with car computer system for thousands less. By the way, I installed the part myself. They get the bulk of my business now. More

Two instances where they didn't honor sale pricing listed online or TV. Last time, they gave a discount; however, only if we use their banks. Review for Blaise Alexander, State College, PA Great dealership; however with the vast majority of dealerships it does come down to the price of the car you are purchasing.
