Dave In the federal rd Brookfield dealer was terrific. Did not feel pressured and worked with us. I had to go back because a few things were not taken care of. It was a nightmare. I was at the dealer from 9am until 3:10 pm I was told it was ready 3 times.so they were willing and ok with me leaving with things not fixed. Not good. They were apologetic. Not good enough this should never have happened. I am disabled. This has cause me so much pain. On top of all of it I am stuck at the dealer the entire day. Watching people order food never even asked me if the could order something for me ( of course I would pay for it). You need someone to check repair peoples work to make sure everything is done the first time. Waiting all day for someone to deliver the windshield wiper blades and the tail light … really. The wipers were worse when I tried them before I left..no excuse More
