The only good part of my experience was the sales guy Chris. He went above and beyond. I bought a 2020 vehicle and when I got it home from the dealership a bunch of lights on the dash came on. Bring it back the next morning, less than 12 hours after I left with it and the manager, who id never spoken to before, gave me a bunch of attitude instead of apologizing to me. Like he was the one missing work and had to drive an hour out of his way that morning. You’d think he’d be a little apologetic, but he seemed the type anyways. Fortunately after Blasius couldn’t solve the issue they sent me over to Acura dealership in New York. 90 minutes From my house. It wasn’t until a few days later that Chris threw me a couple bucks for gas. You’d think the dealership would’ve handled that but I’m pretty sure he did it with his own money. The first time it rained both wipers fell apart. Just doesn’t seem like they put any effort into these vehicles. Just buy them from the auction. Spend 0 dollars and flip them to people like me. I am really hoping I don’t regret buying this car from this dealer. More
