I purchased my used 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk mid August and worked with Tim Warumzer. He was professional, easy to talk with, and listened to my needs . He assisted me in getting the mechanical issues corrected through the service department. During the entire duration, I was treated with respect and a genuine desire to make me happy. The service manager gave me a replacement vehicle to use until my vehicle was ready. Once it was ready, the service manager drove out to my home and dropped off my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. Took over a month to get a diagnostic test done on my Jeep having significant issues, issues under warranty. $120 later, they told me my spark plugs needed to be replaced. I got those $9 parts replaced a Jeep having significant issues, issues under warranty. $120 later, they told me my spark plugs needed to be replaced. I got those $9 parts replaced and continued to have significant issues. It is now taking a month and a half to have ANOTHER diagnostic test done to figure out the true problem. I’m going elsewhere that’s faster, cheaper, and more reliable. More
