March 2024 leased 2024 4xe. The sales people incompetent and not well informed about the vehicle and the works of it. Turned out, the Vehicle was sitting on the lot for months The sales people incompetent and not well informed about the vehicle and the works of it. Turned out, the Vehicle was sitting on the lot for months, no inspection by service department, whatsoever, had to get oil change on the second day of leasing, as oil life percentage was 62%. Ever since leased signed, the vehicle has been in and out of the dealership for various issues, and all were told “software updates”. Cheap quality as it is falling apart and nothing functions properly. Oh by the way, no battery usage in winter and oil consumption like a pickup truck. that’s something we found out about the hard way. Counting down days until we are able to turn this lease and never purchase/lease from this dealership. More

I have new born twins at home and didn’t have hours to spend in a dealership. I found the exact spec I wanted at Bloomington Jeep, got in touch with a salesperson, Brennen, almost immediately. I communicated to him I need a fair trade in a value and have limited in person time and need to be in and out quickly for this all to work. No exaggeration I spent maybe 20 minutes inside the dealer and was headed home in my new rig. Each person I interacted with seemed competent and friendly and overall my experience was 10/10. Already am referring some friends to this dealer. More
