Deceptive, had extended warranty and told me I was not covered, and repair was $1800! I called the warranty company and found out I was covered! I found out the service never called the warranty company because “he” knew I would be covered, told him he was doing a disservice to his customers. When he told me my truck was ready he mentioned I owed a $200 deductible, I called the warranty company again they said if I go to the issuing dealer no deductible, I let the service know and he said he would see if they would approve it, of course it was approved! When I go my no charge invoice it listed all the parts and labor charges, it came out to $1014.00 dollars, almost $800 less then what he quoted me. Tried to take advantage of a senior but saw right through his Lies More
