Very disappointed in them. I called and spoke to a salesman named Joe about coming in to special order a TRX and I was told they ordered at MSRP with no markup or dealer addendums. I came in the next salesman named Joe about coming in to special order a TRX and I was told they ordered at MSRP with no markup or dealer addendums. I came in the next day and was told they add a 5,000 dollar markup to any TRX special order. Even after telling them I was told differently by Joe, they stood by this greediness. I immediately walked out the door and drove to Ancira Chrysler and ordered my TRX with no markup without issue. I am very annoyed as my Wife just ordered a vehicle at BlueBonnet Jeep with great service, I was expecting the same since my neighbors and friends recommended them and that dealership was informed I was coming by the Jeep salesman who did my wifes car deal. My neighbors were very surprised to hear about the markup. They stated that was not the way they used to do things. I guess greed has taken over. Thank you Ancira for not trying to take advantage of a new customer, who's family, prior to this, were Ford customers. More
As a 20 year customer it pains me to say that my hometown dealership just lost my business. The service department has had my truck for a week and still has not been able to get it into the shop. I have made numerous attempts to purchase a vehicle and have had NO response…even the salesperson I used in 2019, who still works there, has not responded…I was ok with them until now, just ok mind you…pat have had NO response…even the salesperson I used in 2019, who still works there, has not responded…I was ok with them until now, just ok mind you…pathetic when you are a previous customer, I’ll never go back to any bluebonnet affiliated dealer again! This is by far the worst experience ever purchasing a vehicle. They made a mistake on the financial part and they were very eager to get my financial information over the phone. Then the manager treated me to report the car stolen if I don’t do what he said. Now my license plates are being hold hostage until I pay them more money that was not in the contract. Horrible experience for a NEW Vehicle I purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 Eco Boost Limited. Loaded out truck. Had less than 120 miles on Vehicle.....TOTAL before it started throwing codes and I purchased a 2020 Ram 1500 Eco Boost Limited. Loaded out truck. Had less than 120 miles on Vehicle.....TOTAL before it started throwing codes and de rating to point you couldn't drive, would reduce to 5 MPH. Had to pull over Clear codes with a code reader, then it would run for a little longer until all over again.Took to Dealer and was told the EGR Cooler had an open circuit, and they couldn't get the part till mid September. Was offered a base model 1500 till it was repaired, this dealer has the worse service I have every dealt with. Never again will I deal with them. Buyers BEWARE once you leave your on your own. I HAVE THE BEST WARRANTY THEY HAD......Totally useless along with dealer! Wife got a hold of a Manager after I posted this, they sent a wrecker with an acceptable vehicle 8 am the following morning and retrieved the broken vehicle previously mentioned. It appears they are going to try and resolve the issue. Got good service once it was escalated. I understand that a new vehicle breaking down is out of the control of the Dealer, but the initial response is what severely frustrated me. More
