I would absolutely suggest that anyone looking to purchase a vehicle find another dealership. I completely understand that dealers have to make a profit but slow playing a deal to initiate competition and increase the price is a poor practice. More

Service in the quick lane for simple oil changes has consistently gone down hill over the years. Every time I go in for an oil change I am taken back by how long it takes. Today after waiting the 2 1/2 hours I was told it would take I checked in to see how much longer it would take and they told me that they would move my truck to the front of the line but it would still take at least an hour. I had made the mistake of pre-buying a maintenance agreement when I bought my truck, but now have decided that it would be less cost for me to walk away from the paid contract and just pay for my service elsewhere. Don't waste your time getting service here. More

Wanted a car that meets my needs of local driving plus occasional 14-hour trips to our second home. I didn’t want three rows of seats. I wanted two rows of comfortable leather seats, lots of leg, head and shoulder room, a good entertainment system and the quietest and smoothest ride on the highway. I wanted simple elegance that exceeds that of the neighbors’ SUVs. Don’t need zero to sixty mph in five seconds or 150mph that I’ve never done. Don’t need a sunroof that I never open. Don’t need tricky apps and gizmos that require my grandson to program for me. Wanted a great dealer nearby. Wanted best trade for my virtually new ¾ ton truck. Wanted a great price. Got all of the above in this great new car. Could’ve tricked it out up to $63,000. Don’t need that anymore, either. Price was sixty percent of the truck and my last BMW. Plus, my wife will actually drive it versus the other cars we’ve owned. I’ve read reviews of every mid-sized SUV up to $60,000. Mine can’t be beat. Go shop. More
