I wanted to wait until I had several months with the car to give a realistic review but I am VERY happy with my purchase of my 16 Volkswagen Tiguan. We all know purchasing cars can be irritating but Miranda made it so smooth and easy. I was originally looking at a 2011 Volkswagen Tiguan with 98,000 miles. I went and test drove it and went home to get my financing together but before I could finalized the deal someone bought it online on a Friday. I balled my eyes out because that’s the car I really wanted. Tuesday comes and Miranda texted me a picture of my now 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan with 74,000 and I dropped everything to get there, I test drove it, fell in love, and purchased that day with capital one financing back in July 2023. I’ve been to Maryland, Raleigh, and Charlotte multiple times no problems! Miranda also recommended the service contract warranty they offer and I thought, “hey better be safe than sorry” and decided to add it on (so glad I did). So I took my car to get test for the oil consumption on Tuesday 3/19/24 (VW use a lot of oil) and everything checked out well until they told me one of my radiator fans was not working and the repair would be $800. Luckily I had level 4 coverage with the service contract and a $100 deductible. The mechanic gave the warranty company a call and they were able to approve the repair. I’m so thankful to Miranda and the team at Blue Water Motorsport. I highly recommend this dealership! More

Purchased a 2013 Hyundai Equus less than a month ago and it had to have the master cylinder replaced before i was able to take possession…within a few hours of having the car the ECS (electronic controlled it had to have the master cylinder replaced before i was able to take possession…within a few hours of having the car the ECS (electronic controlled suspension) light came on and the car was sitting really low in the back and bottoming out over bumps…i took a picture and sent it to the sales lady Miranda who sold me the car…was told to bring it in and they would look at it…car was there all day and the only thing that manager Greg Tumolo did was reset the cars computer with his diagnostics scanner….I reported this to them less than 24 hours after having the car and they dont want to help at all…2000 down for the car plus i had to buy a battery (220) and a part for the air ride system and have it installed. (500) just for it to still not be right….im going to another dealership tommarrow hopefully they let me trade this pile of crap in if not look on the bluewater dealership for a white Hyundai equus because ill be taking it back More

The engine light came on less than 24 hours after buying the car! My mechanic said the catalytic converter was bad! When I called Charlie from Bluewater Motor sports back to tell them they sold me junk, I the car! My mechanic said the catalytic converter was bad!
