We saw a jeep online from Bluewater Motorsports, requested a showing, and within minutes we received a call from Paul confirming our appointment. When we arrived to see the jeep, it was in the front of the lot ready for us to see and test drive. Not only did we love the vehicle but we bought it on the spot. After quick negotiation on our trade in, we felt so at ease with everyone there and the paperwork was a breeze. We were able to drive home with our jeep that day! Customer service is extremely important to us since it is the lasting impression one will always have. Sold me a vehicle with nonworking driver side headlights, turn signal and fog lights. Most regretful purchase I have made to date. I purchased a 2006 MB CLK 500 from this dealership. It was a good deal, and the top of some cosmetic issues which I was OK with. The mechanic on site I purchased a 2006 MB CLK 500 from this dealership. It was a good deal, and the top of some cosmetic issues which I was OK with. The mechanic on site ran a diagnostic and told me I was good to go. 2 days later I have a convertible that I can no longer use and I find hydrolic fluid leaking everywhere. The top parts and been replaced with garbage junk yard parts and were all leaking. There was electrical tape and evidence of someone fumbling around that didn't know what they were doing. My great deal has turned into a $3800 check to get fixed. After the purchase the dealership suddenly because much more difficult to deal with, and over a week later I was told I can bring it back to them and they would fix it for $2000. This has been awful, and I have learned. Don't but a car from these guys unless you take it and pay to get it checked out in advance. More
