Getting an error message that my battery may not start. The service dept said nothing was wrong with it. The next day I'm still getting the same error and John in service said the battery is at 39%! I have used the dealership for my Ford 2013 fusion since it was new. I have used the body shop at least five times for the fusion in a Toyota convertible. Mostly oil changes. On one they didn't take my car back to the shop until an hour after the appointment time. On this recall fix, the letter said it would take half a day. The original service advisor asked for a full day because this was to be the first one they did. About 3:00 I texted Chelsea to see how things were going. I did not get a text back so at 3:39, I called to talk to Chelsea. When she got on the phone she said she had just texted me to tell me the repair was done. Only thing is I never got the text she said she sent. Finally, she said she would have the tech re-initialize the windows because they are bouncing back down when closing. The was not on the paper work that showed what was done, so we don't believe it was done even though she said it was, because next day, one of the windows 'bounced' again. More
